Cancellation and Refund Policy

Prism Foundation is focused on CHILD EDUCATION under its “CHALO PADHAYE” initiative. All donations under “CHALO PADHAYE” initiative are directly invested in promotion and furtherance of the objectives of “CHALO PADHAYE”. These initiatives are long term and donations can be made available as

  1. One Time Donation
  2. Long Term recurring arrangement for example to fund School Fees and / OR recurring expenses on education for ONE Child or Group of Children

You are entitled to call back your money or withdraw from the Long Term recurring commitment if you are not satisfied with the administration of “CHALO PADHAYE” initiative and the support being provided to the beneficiary children identified as per the defined policies with the “Donations” so collected. Prism Foundation undertakes to refund back the “Donations” provided the reasons are genuine and established beyond doubt through due process.

You may request for information to satisfy your queries on deployment and utilization of your  “Donation Amount” at any time. All such queries may be addressed through  “Grievance Addressal” OR “contact us” link.  Or (Link attached)

You may avail of the following two options in the event of continued dis-satisfaction and your decision to disassociate with “CHALO PADHAYE” initiative of “Prism Foundation”.

  1. Option 1: Cancellations – Withdrawal of support under long-term recurring commitment
  2. Option 2: Refund – Request for Refund of your “Donations” already paid.

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund are as follows:-

Cancellation Policy –

  1. All amounts due till the month of “Cancellation” are payable.
  2. You will be free from obligation to honor any further commitments from the day of your explicit communication to withdraw support.

Refund Policy

  1. You may call for “Refund” of your “Donations” in the event it is proved that Prism Foundation has not deployed your “Donations” for the stated and declared purpose.
  2. The “Refund” will be processed within 45 working days and amount will be credited back to the source from where the money has been paid at the first instance.
